Freight Delivery Inspection Policy
Because fireplaces are large and fragile products, customers must inspect shipments upon delivery.
Before signing the delivery receipt:

Open the carton if possible and check the product

Note any damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading
If the product appears severely damaged, refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.
Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may limit our ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
If the contents cannot be inspected immediately, write “Subject to Inspection” on the delivery receipt and notify us within 24 hours if damage is discovered.
