Because many of our fireplaces and custom products are ordered specifically for each customer, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed.
We do not offer returns or refunds based on personal preference, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the appearance of a product after delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the situation, we may arrange replacement parts, repair service, or an exchange when applicable.
We’re always happy to answer questions before purchase to help ensure you choose the right fireplace for your space.

As a family-owned business, when you contact us you’ll be speaking directly with one of us — not a call center or automated support line. We’re here to help with product questions, sizing, installation guidance, and more.

We currently offer shipping and local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), with free local delivery on qualifying orders over $899
As we continue to grow, we plan to expand shipping across Canada in the future. If you’re located outside the GTA and interested in one of our products, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

If your fireplace is in stock, orders typically ship or are ready for delivery within 3–5 business days. In-stock products may also be available for same-day pickup from our Mississauga showroom.
For products that need to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, estimated delivery times are typically 7–14 business days depending on availability and the brand.

Items eligible for return must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be brand new in their original unopened packaging.
Products that have been opened or removed from the box may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please contact us before returning any item so we can assist you with the return process and confirm eligibility.
