The Regency Avita EXA120 is a premium multi-sided electric fireplace with a 48-inch-class viewing area, non-reflective glass, Chromalight Plus LED flame technology and integrated log lighting. The included Split Oak log set sits above a crystalline textured base, with a glowing ember bed, flame visual options, crackling sound effects and fan-only circulation mode.
Configure the EXA120 as a front-view linear fireplace, left or right corner, or three-sided bay installation. It supports Wi-Fi app control, touch controls and the included remote, and operates at 120/240V with 1,400/2,800W output and up to 5,000/9,500 BTU. Overall appliance dimensions are 48 5/16" W × 22 7/8" H × 12 1/2" D.
