Bring new life to an existing fireplace opening with the Dimplex DFI2310 23-inch plug-in electric log insert. Its Inner Glow log set and realistic flame effect create the look of a traditional fire without wood, gas, venting, or chimney maintenance.
The 1,375-watt heater delivers up to 4,695 BTUs of supplemental warmth and is rated to heat spaces up to 1,000 square feet. The DFI2310 plugs into a standard 120-volt household outlet and includes an On/Off remote control, while the flame can be enjoyed with or without heat.
For installation, Dimplex specifies an existing fireplace opening of at least 24 inches wide, 21.5 inches high, and 12 inches deep. The DFI2310 is backed by a 1-year limited warranty.
