How do shipping and local delivery work?
For qualifying Canadian orders, standard shipping costs $199 below $1,999 and is free at $1,999 or more. Remote locations, oversized items and certain destinations may need a custom freight quote.
Qualifying orders of $999 or more may receive free local delivery within our Burlington-area delivery zone. Final shipping and delivery eligibility are confirmed at checkout or by our team.
When will my fireplace arrive?
Dispatch depends on supplier availability and the item selected; transit time begins after dispatch. Refer to the estimate near the purchase controls, or contact us for a model-specific update before ordering.
Can I pick up my fireplace in Burlington?
Pickup is available on eligible orders by arrangement. Our showroom is at Unit G, 4129 Harvester Road, Burlington, Ontario. Please contact us to confirm your order is ready before travelling.
